File Organizer Pro is a completely offline application that:

• Does NOT collect any personal information
• Does NOT transmit any data over the internet
• Does NOT use analytics or tracking
• Does NOT require user accounts or registration
• Does NOT access cloud services
• Does NOT share any data with third parties
• Does NOT contain advertisements
• Does NOT use cookies or web tracking

What the Application Accesses Locally

To perform its file organization functions, the Software accesses the following data locally on your computer only:

Data Storage

Configuration Files

• Application settings are stored locally in your user profile directory
• Location: %USERPROFILE%\.file_organizer_pro\
• Contains only your preferences (language, analysis options, etc.)

Safe Trash

• Deleted files are moved to a local folder for recovery
• Location: %USERPROFILE%\.file_organizer_trash\
• You have full control to restore or permanently delete these files

Log Files

• Activity logs are stored only in memory during the session
• Logs are not saved to disk unless you explicitly export them
• No persistent logging of your file operations

Data Security

Since File Organizer Pro operates entirely offline:

• No network transmission = No risk of data interception
• No cloud storage = Your files never leave your device
• No external servers = No data breaches possible
• Local processing only = Maximum privacy

Your Rights and Controls

You have complete control over all data:

File Organizer Pro:

• Does NOT integrate with any third-party services
• Does NOT use any external APIs
• Does NOT include any analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Does NOT include any advertising networks
• Does NOT use any telemetry or crash reporting services

Third-Party Libraries

The Software uses open-source libraries for functionality:

• These libraries are bundled with the application
• They do not transmit any data externally
• Their licenses are included with the Software

Children's Privacy

File Organizer Pro does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13 years of age (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).

Since no data is collected, there are no special provisions needed for children's data.

International Users

This Software operates entirely offline and does not transfer any data across borders. Your data stays on your local device regardless of your location.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
